Geodesic dome · Mount Khustup
Hand-built at 2,600 metres on the slopes of Khustup — Armenia's most dramatic peak. One dome. Off-grid, solar, Starlink. Yours alone.
Some places you visit. Khustup you enter — through cloud, forest and the long road south.

The dwelling
Not a tent and not a hut. K7 was built by hand by Hayk Barseghyan — a quiet, fully equipped house wrapped in glass, with the valley falling away beneath your bed.

Khustup, all year
Wildflower slopes and forest trails; snow lingering on the highest ridge.
The rock face turns amber at last light, the beech forest burns gold.

Getting there
Deep in Syunik, in Armenia's far south. The last kilometres are unpaved on purpose — arriving should feel earned.
On the map
Designed for creatives, musicians, scientists, and visionaries, Keni offers the space and tranquility needed for deep focus, reflection, and inspiration. A place where ideas flourish and creativity finds its natural rhythm.
Trails from the door
Khustup is laced with routes — to the summit, along the ridges, down to forest waterfalls. These are real frames from the slopes around Keni; plan the full network on Landmark.
